The company was founded in 1926 by Hermann Lutzi for the commercial trade of perfume compositions, oils and non-toxic dyes. Having passed the tests of the Second World War with the help of the investments of the Zurich perfumer Eduard Altenburger, after 26 years the company comes under his management.
